How do I update my billing or shipping address?

How do I update my credit card on file for billing purposes?
We take your credit card data seriously. To update your card information, call our Support Team. Be sure to have the new card information as well as the last four digits of the credit card you currently have on file.

How do I cancel my membership?
Call our Support Team at and they will quickly handle that request for you. If you cancel after your account has been billed for the month, then you will continue to be able to access Stylelife until the next billing cycle.

I didn't save a mission when I completed it previously. Can I get that mission again?
Simply complete the easy contact form on this page. Be sure to include the applicable course name, mission name, and your needs. We'll see what we can do to accommodate your request if possible.
How do I become a Stylelife coach?
The majority of our coaches come up through the ranks of Stylelife students and people who have worked directly with Style himself. They get involved, they post solid, constructive, positive, and useful advice on the forums, and they display commitment and dedication over the long haul. Keep working hard... we'll notice.
I'm having problems posting on the forum. How can I get help?
First, keep in mind that there is a difference between the Public Forum and the Elite Forum. We invite everyone to read, enjoy, and post on the Public Forum. The Elite Forum is reserved for current Stylelife students.
Second, if you are a current Stylelife student, you must still register for the Elite Forum. It's easy and quick. So just go to the Elite Forum and sign up.
Third, in both the Public Forum and the Elite Forum, there are Support sections. Peruse those threads and you'll find plenty of information to answer your questions.
Finally, don't hesitate to select the Contact Us options in either forum. This will put you in touch with forum-specific help professionals.
I didn't receive my monthly mailing. How can I clear up that situation?
Contact our Support Team. They can ensure we have your correct mailing address and work to quickly rectify the situation.
I have a question about a mission. How do I contact a coach?

What is the status of my recent product order?

The next Stylelife conference is currently a classified manner as we're working hard to create the best transformation experience possible.
When the information can be shared with the public, all Stylelife events are announced via email, featured on our homepage, and disseminated through a variety of other mechanisms. Be sure that we have your correct email address on file so you can receive all the updates about exciting Stylelife events.
How do I access the extra content mentioned in the book, Rules of the Game?
I'm having difficulty logging into a coach's Flashchat.
The flashchat functionality uses Elite Forum credentials. So first, be sure you are registered for the Elite Forum. Second, when you go to log into the flashchat, be sure to use your Elite Forum user name and password. If you're still having problems, contact our Support Team.
